We are sorry that you visited this part of our website because it probably means you are having a bad day and need a roof repair done to your home that you weren’t expecting.
Our Process for Providing Roof Repair Estimates
In order to provide you with the most accurate roof repair estimate we will need to look at your roof from the attic and from on top of the roof. We will arrive at our home at the appointment time set by the office. If we are running late we will send you a text or give you a call. Once we arrive, we will knock and ring the door bell.
Step 1 – Interior Inspection
If you have a roof leak that has worked its way inside the home we will need to go inside to see the damages to see if there is any indication of where the leak may be coming from. We may need to get into the attic to trace the leak.
We will also ask you more questions about the leak specifically like when did you first notice it, if it only leaks during certain rains and not others, etc.
Step 2 – Roof Inspection
Next we will get out our ladder and go on your roof to inspect the shingles, all of the elevations, flashings, pipe boots, chimney flashings, ventilation, etc. We will be looking for things like animal damage, weather damage, deterioration, caulking, ventilation, and more. We need to find out if the repair is isolated just to one area or if other areas might need to be addressed as well.
Step 3 – Summary and Estimate
After we are completed with the inspection we will need to go back into the home to share with you what we found and provide you with an estimate. It is vitally important for all decision makers to be home so proper actions can be taken right away if necessary and needed to prevent further damage to the home.
