Giving Back

At Lifetime Xteriors our mission is to change lives and communities one roof at a time.  Lifetime Xteriors is committed to this mission for our clients, our employees, our local community, and even globally.  This may sound like a grand mission which is why we donate to amazing organizations every single month.  Some of these organizations we donate to monthly include Loaves and Fishes, Paws Chicago, Feed My Starving Children, and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Loaves and Fishes provides groceries to over 9,000 people here in the Chicagoland area. This includes homebound seniors and families in need in Kane County, DuPage County, Will County, and Kendall County.  1 in 5 people in our community are living in poverty or low income so the need for food is very high.  Loaves and Fishes wants to help even more people so we are very proud to donate each month to help them reach as many people in our community as possible.

The Wounded Warrior Project provides many essential services to injured military members and their families.  The Wounded Warrior Project helps veterans find employment, gives financial education to veterans, supports the families of injured soldiers, provides physical services, provides mental services as we lose almost 18 veterans to suicide every day in our country, and so much more.  225,0000 veterans and family members have been helped since 9/11/2001 through The Wounded Warrior Project so we are we are proud donate every single month.

Paws Chicago is passionate about building no kill communities for both cats and dogs here in Chicago.  In 2024 Paws Chicago had 4,382 adoptions.  Much work is still needed as there are still thousands of homeless pets that are killed every year throughout the Chicagoland area.  Paws Chicago is working to reduce that number every year through spay/neuter services, education, and adoption.

Poor nutrition and hunger are responsible the deaths of 3.1 million children every single year!  No child deserves to go hungry especially when something can be done about it!  That is why we are proud to donate to Feed My Starving Children every single month as they have now sent food to 112 countries since 2009 with nutritious meals!  Feed My Starving Children has 3 packing centers here in Illinois to send out food globally (Schaumburg, Aurora, and Libertyville).  We highly recommend volunteering at one of these packing centers if you are ever looking for volunteering opportunities as it can be done with your whole family in a fun environment and they always need help.

In this photo you see here one of the founders for Lifetime Xteriors is installing this roof at an orphanage in Honduras.  We don’t really have these types of roofs here in the Chicagoland area unless it is used for a shed or used as a temporary roof.  In Honduras this roofing type is very common and the old roof here was leaking into the area where the babies of the orphanage slept.  Joshua from Lifetime Xteriors fixed the roof for them at no cost and purchased all the materials as well to make the area safe for living and sleeping for the babies and workers at the orphanage.

In this photo the founders of 1 Lifetime Xteriors are volunteering at the 5K Hustle 4 Health which helped raise money for the Bolingbrook Christian Health Center.  The Bolingbrook Christian Health Center is a not-for-profit organization that provides health care for the uninsured. It has been providing care for the past 15 years and is a completely volunteer-run organization. There are about 60 volunteers. The Center has served over 700 individuals in 2500 visits in the past year. Besides primary care, their services include optometry, chiropractic care, laboratory work, pharmacy assistance and health education. They also mentor 30 pre-health students and provide clinical rotations for local nursing schools and help train nurse practitioners. The Center is planning to expand to include dental care.

In this photo you see one of the founders from Lifetime Xteriors volunteering at the largest orphanage in Egypt which was started in 1911.  The Lillian Trasher orphanage has helped tens of thousands orphans and widows.

Below are some videos of the organizations our founders have helped in the past as well.
