Management Team
Juan Inglis
Juan Inglis began his life in the mountains of Bolivia as the fourth of five children. His cultural horizons would later expand as he traveled the world, living abroad and in the U.S. This international experience fostered Spanish language acquisition and even some Russian. In school, Juan had dreams of studying architecture but was also drawn to working with his hands. An entrepreneur by nature, Juan began to be mentored and educated by highly successful roofers, builders, and business owners. Juan Inglis and his brother Joshua Inglis joined forces and started the family business in 2007.
Juan prides himself in the details for every project. When Juan is not working in the business, he loves spending time with his amazing wife Suzie who is also an integral part of the family business and his two sons who love to laugh.
Joshua Inglis
Joshua was born in Lake Placid Florida and is the youngest child in the family. Joshua excelled in school but wanted to do something different than his electrical and computer degree he received from DeVry University. He wanted to start a business after his brother Juan Inglis gave him a book to read which changed his life forever. Joshua Inglis and his brother Juan Inglis started the family business together in 2007.
Joshua is a sponge for knowledge and loves to learn attending hundreds of classes and seminars since he began his career. Not only does Joshua love to learn but he also loves to give back and teach. Joshua has lectured internationally at conferences, is an Amazon best-selling author, and loves giving back by mentoring other business owners. Joshua likes to bicycle, work out, and read in his spare time.
Suzie Inglis
Born and raised in sunny California, Suzie studied psychology at Biola University where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. After working at a special effects company in Santa Monica for a couple of years, she took a position with International Teams in tropical Costa Rica, where she spent nine years. During that time, she took a brief hiatus to earn a Master’s degree at Talbot School of Theology, before eventually returning to work in the U.S. office at International Teams as the Human Resources and Training Director.
In 2010, Suzie married into the Inglis family and the Inglis family business, founded by her husband, Juan and brother-in-law, Joshua. Four years later, Suzie and Juan welcomed their son, Ethan, into the world and Suzie transitioned to the Operations Manager role in the family business. Two years later, Suzie and Juan welcomed their son, Jonathan, into the world and Suzie temporarily stepped out of day-to-day operations in the family business.
In 2019, Suzie eagerly stepped back into the business, this time in a sales role, and works alongside Juan and Joshua Inglis at Lifetime Xteriors.
Ethan Inglis
Coming into this world weighing over 9 pounds, Ethan was definitely planning to make his mark. Born into the family business, Ethan visited job sites and made appearances at customer appreciation events even before he could walk. At the young age of 10 months he took his first steps and clearly showed he was going places. This right-handed, left-footed kicker showed his ability to be a team player at the age of 3 on the soccer field. Early on, Ethan demonstrated his verbal acuity in daily conversation, making him a gifted communicator and perhaps the next marketing manager in his family business. He is currently being groomed for the role.
